Vaughan Associates expects to see the growth of a select number of financial holding company structures for employee owned firms emerge in the years ahead. In conjunction with our international associates we research opportunities for firms to partner, joint venture or transact in the investment management industry. We expect many of the new firms to grow through the breakeven stage in the period ahead and seek opportunities to diversify and strengthen their business strategies.
